Ms O'Farrell is an executive with experience in organisational culture, workforce strategy and corporate governance. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions with Fortescue, Newcrest, BHP and Mount Gibson Iron. She is also the founder of The Glow Circuit and Go Higher Pty Ltd. Alongside her executive career, Linda has developed experience as a non-executive director and currently serves on the boards of Austin Engineering, Rocky Bay Limited and Lifeline Australia. She is also a member of the Zero Harm Committee.
