Mr. Charles has 42 years of experience in project and construction and project management of commercial, institutional, public and industrial developments, in which 25 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region, including Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines. He is member of the Independent Board Committee.
