He held Various positions at Midland Bank Group, including Chairman of the Executive Board of Midland Bank SA from 1984 to 1989. He is Member of Cambridge Land Economy Advisory Board, Advisor Emeritus of GIC (Singapore), Managing Partner of Aermont Capital, Director of several entities related to Aermont Capital and Trustee of The Bressler Foundation.
