Lauri Shanahan

Ms Shanahan has DTC, consumer products, hospitality, consumer branding, remuneration, sustainability and governance experience. She has held senior executive positions, including as Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary with The Gap Inc, where she was involved in the company's domestic and global expansion and had direct oversight responsibility for key strategic initiatives as well as for operating, administrative and sustainability functions worldwide. Ms Shanahan also founded the consulting practice Maroon Peak Advisors of which she is a Principal. Ms Shanahan is currently a director of Deckers Outdoor Corporation (NYSE: DECK) and CAVA Group Inc (NYSE: CAVA). Ms Shanahan is a former director of Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (NYSE: FUN) and G Squared Ascend (NYSE: GSQD.U). Ms Shanahan is a former member of the California State Personnel Board (December 2012 to March 2022). She is chair of the Human Resources Committee.
