Lauri Shanahan

Ms Shanahan is Chair of the Human Resources Committee. Ms Shanahan has DTC, consumer products, hospitality, consumer branding, remuneration, sustainability, and governance experience. She has held senior executive positions, including as Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary with The Gap Inc, where she was involved in leading the company's domestic and global expansion and had direct oversight responsibility for strategic initiatives as well as for operating, administrative and sustainability functions worldwide. Ms Shanahan also founded the consulting practice Maroon Peak Advisors of which she is a Principal.
