Ms Quaintance is a professional Director having had an executive career in media and marketing and as an entrepreneur. Lauren is a current Non-Executive Director of Turners Automotive Group (TRA), Autosure Insurance, J.Ballantyne and Co. and the Crusaders super rugby franchise - she is also the Chair of ChristchurchNZ Holdings. In an executive capacity, Lauren has held positions as Chief Media & Data Officer for Sky Television (SKT) and as Co-founder and Managing Director of Storyation, an award-winning digital content marketing agency, sold to ASX-listed NewsCorp Australia in 2019.
