Mr Given, before joining EZCORP, provided financial and advisory services to EZCORP through his own business and financial advisory firm. Mr Given is the director of Cash Converters International Limited (CCV), which is a retailer of second-hand goods and financial services. Mr Given is a member of Board of Directors of The Farm Journal Corporation, a 134-year-old US agricultural media company; and the Australian financial services ratings and research firm CANSTAR Pty Ltd. Mr Given began his career working in the investment banking and equity capital markets division of Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong and Sydney, Australia, where he specialized in the origination and execution of a variety of M&A, equity and equity linked and fixed income transactions.
