Kneeland Youngblood

Mr Youngblood has served as a founding partner, chairman and CEO of Pharos Capital Group, LLC, a private equity firm that invests in the healthcare sector. He has previously served as a director of Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceutical company, a director of TPG Pace SPACs and a trustee of the Dallas Police and Fire Pension Fund. Formerly, he served on the board of directors of The Gap Inc., Burger King Holdings, Inc. and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. He is the Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee.
