Kelly Rosmarin

Ms Rosmarin has experience in banking, risk management and regulated markets. She was most recently CEO of Optus. Prior to joining Optus, she spent 14 years with Commonwealth Bank of Australia where she held several senior positions, including as Group Executive of Institutional Banking and Markets. She also spent time as a management consultant, in enterprise software and at a venture backed high-growth software start-up. Ms Bayer Rosmarin is currently a director of Airwallex SVF Pty Ltd. Directorships of listed entities, current and recent (last three years): Director of Airtel Africa plc (from October 2020 - October 2023). She is member of the Risk & Compliance Committee.
