Ms O'Neill is an experienced mining executive and finance professional with more than 30 years' experience in resources, investment banking and corporate finance. Karen has worked in operationally focused roles in the resources industry in Australia, Africa and Asia including roles as Managing Director of Kingsrose Mining Ltd, which saw a turnaround under her stewardship, and CEO of Koonenberry Gold Ltd through a listing and capital raise.
