Justin Brown

Mr Brown brings more than 20 years of ASX-listed company leadership and commercial transaction experience to the role and is the Managing Director of Element 25 Limited (ASX: E25), having joined the Element 25 Board in 2006 and stepped into the Managing Director role in 2019. Under his leadership, Element 25 has progressed from grassroots exploration through to commercial production, including the development of purity manganese products for the global battery materials market, experience directly relevant as WOA moves its lupin platform into the next phase of market expansion. He has been involved in the full spectrum of mineral exploration through to mining across a range of commodities and has held board positions across ASX-listed companies. He brings a record of closing commercial transactions, capital markets and ASX governance experience, and experience in scaling a technology and engineering-led business through to commercial production.
