Julie Wolseley

Ms Wolseley is the principal of a corporate advisory company and has over 32 years of experience as Company Secretary to several companies operating primarily in the resources sector. Previously Ms Wolseley was an Audit Manager both in Australia and overseas for an international accounting firm. Her expertise includes corporate secretarial, management accounting, financial and management reporting in the mining industry, IPOs, capital raisings, cash flow modelling and corporate governance. Ms Wolseley is also a board member of Aquinas College, an independent school for boys in Perth, Western Australia.
