Mr Merino has over 15 years experience in business development and M&A transactions in the natural resources sector. He holds multiple advisory roles and is also a Partner of iLiMarkets, an advisory firm specialising in the lithium industry. Mr Merino has also previously led the business development and Merger and Acquisition unit of SQM.
