Jonathan Callaghan

Mr Callaghan before joining Cromwell, spent 14 years at Investa Property Group, where he held several senior roles including General Counsel, Joint Managing Director, Finance Director and ultimately Chief Executive Officer in 2016. During his tenure, he oversaw the Investa Commercial Property Fund, which was the top-performing core office fund across multiple time horizons at the time of his departure. Earlier in his career, Mr Callaghan spent time at law firms Gilbert & Tobin and Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Mr Callaghan is a Member of the Property Champions of Change Coalition. He was Non-executive Non-independent Director - Manager of Cromwell European REIT (June 2023 - December 2024).
