Mr Gidney has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets advisory across a range of industry sectors. Throughout his career, he has been a trusted adviser to Australian and international boards and CEOs on strategy, governance, capital management and transformational transactions. Jon is currently a Non-Executive Director of Dexus Funds Management Limited and Cettire Limited, Non-Executive Chair of FNZ (APAC) Group of Companies, and a Member of the Australian Takeovers Panel. Prior to his current roles, Jon held several senior leadership positions in investment banking, including Vice Chairman, Banking Capital Markets & Advisory at Citi, and Senior Adviser and Vice Chairman at Greenhill. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at JPMorgan, including as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Australia, where he advised on many Australian transactions across the financial services, real estate, consumer and natural resources sectors.
