Mr Ribbons is a finance and governance professional with more than 25 years' experience across company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate compliance roles within the resources sector. Throughout his career, Mr Ribbons has held senior positions with a number of ASX-listed and unlisted companies, including non-executive director roles. He has experience supporting junior resources companies through corporate development activities, capital raisings and ASX listing processes.
