Mr Patton has over 35 years of professional services and industry experience. He was previously a Partner with Ernst & Young in the Transactions Advisory Services division. Mr Patton has senior executive and corporate finance credentials, having been involved in over 150 corporate transactions. Directorships of other listed companies during the past three years include Keybridge Capital Limited; Aurora Funds Management Limited, as Responsible Entity of Aurora Global Income Trust 1 and Metgasco Limited.
