John McBain

Mr McBain is a co-founder and Executive Director of Centuria Capital Limited. He is also a director of Centuria Life Limited, Centuria Healthcare Pty Ltd, Centuria Property Funds No. 3 Limited (formerly Primewest Management Limited), Centuria Bass Credit Pty Limited, ResetData Pty Ltd, and NZX-listed Asset Plus Limited (NZX: APL). He also serves on the Centuria NZ and Centuria Healthcare Management Committees, the Centuria Agriculture Fund Investment Committee, and the ESG Management Committee. He heads Centurias corporate team and is responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and the leadership of the Finance, Governance, Compliance, Investor Relations, Communications, and ESG teams. He has been instrumental in the incorporation of several businesses into the Centuria Group, including the 360 Capital Group, Heathley Asset Management (now Centuria Healthcare), Augusta Capital Limited (now Centuria NZ), Bass Capital (now Centuria Bass Credit), the Primewest Group, Arrow Funds Management, and ResetData. These acquisitions, together with a successful integration program, have created corporate growth over the past 30 years, culminating in Centuria Capital Limited entering the S&P/ASX 200 Index in 2021. His 45 years of experience span the commercial and industrial property markets in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, as well as the Australian healthcare, agriculture, and private credit sectors.
