John Lee

Mr Lee has a range of commercial skills and experiences in both the public and private sectors. He has held senior management roles in the Federal Department of Employment and Industrial Relations. He was also senior private secretary and principal adviser to Tony Street, a senior federal cabinet minister. In the private sector, Mr Lee has held a number of senior management positions with a number of major corporations including Henry Jones IXL, Elders Building Supplies and Woolworths Limited. He is the founder of Stockholder Relations Pty Ltd, a management consultancy specialising in corporate advisory, investor relations and corporate governance. He is Chairman of Risk Committee.
