Mr McKerlie has a career as an international chief executive with public and private companies, management consultant with Deloitte and KPMG and as a public company director including Chair of Drillsearch for 8 years, Beach Energy and ELMO. He has chaired four IPOs and has depth of experience in technology and energy sectors. Mr McKerlie's primary interests are growing businesses, building shareholder value and ensuring appropriate governance procedures are in place. He also has 20 years broadcast experience as a national media presenter in finance and economics. He is Chair of People & Culture Committee, Chair of Capital Management Committee and Member of Risk Committee.
