Ms Terry is a mining executive with more than 40 years of experience across exploration, resource development, mining operations and corporate governance within the resources sector. Ms Terry commenced her career with Newmont and has since held a range of senior technical, management and advisory roles for companies including BHP, Oxiana and Newcrest across Australia and internationally. She has experience in gold, base metals and critical minerals exploration and development and has worked across all stages of the mining lifecycle, from early-stage exploration through to resource definition, feasibility studies and mine operations. Ms Terry previously served as a director within the Lundin Group of companies and has provided geological and strategic consulting services to a number of resource companies and currently consults to Kingsgate Consolidated Limited as General Manager Technical for the Nueva Esperanza Project.
