Jeremy Kirkwood

Mr Kirkwood has experience in corporate strategy, investment banking and global capital markets and provides strategic input and guidance to the Company's board and management team. Jeremy is a principal of Pilot Advisory Group and was previously a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Austock. He has primarily worked in public markets, undertaking merger and acquisitions and capital raisings for companies principally in the metals and mining, energy and infrastructure sectors. He is member of the Risk Committee.
