Jennifer Douglas

Ms Douglas has experience in driving growth through customer and use of technology, and her executive roles included $3 billion financial performance accountability and responsibility for customer experience at Telstra, and General Counsel and Head of Regulatory at Sensis. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration, People and Culture Committee of Amotiv Limited and a Non-Executive Director of Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation. She is also the Vice President of St Kilda Football Club and is a member of the AICD Advisory Forum. Jennifer was formerly Non-Executive Director of Opticomm Limited, Telstra SNP Monitoring, Family Life Inc, Pacific Access Superannuation Fund, Hansen Technologies Ltd and Essential Energy. She is the Chair of People, Culture & Remuneration Committee.
