Jaye Gardner

Ms Gardner has more than 30 years' experience in corporate finance. She is a Managing Director of Grant Samuel, where she is responsible for the preparation of valuations and independent expert reports for primarily top 200 ASX-listed companies. She also advises on mergers, acquisitions and asset sales, focusing on the financial services, property, health and media industries. She is Chair of Risk Committee.
