Jason Attew

Mr Attew has 30 years of experience in the mining industry veteran. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of OR Gold Royalties. Mr Attew previously served as President and CEO of Liberty Gold Corporation, President and CEO of Gold Standard Ventures Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of Goldcorp Inc. where, in addition to leading the finance and investor relations operations, he was responsible for Goldcorp's corporate development and strategy, culminating in the US$32 billion merger with Newmont Mining Corp. He has also served on the Board of The Food Stash Foundation, a Vancouver based non-profit whose mission is to create food and nutritional security for residents. Mr Attew has capital markets experience from his time in investment banking with the BMO Global Metals and Mining Group. There he was at the forefront of structuring and raising growth capital, as well as advising mergers and acquisitions for corporations that have become industry leaders over the past two decades.
