Jane Ryan

Dr Ryan is an experienced Non-Executive Director with over 30 years of international experience across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life sciences sectors. She has held senior executive and board roles in Australia, the United States and United Kingdom, bringing extensive experience in corporate strategy, business development, commercialisation, capital raising and strategic alliances. She has contributed at board level to the development and execution of corporate strategy, growth and value creation. She has been involved in significant fundraising, partnering and licensing transactions, including securing a $230 million US Government contract. Her international experience provides a broad perspective on the strategic, commercial, governance and risk considerations facing companies in the life sciences sector.
