James Kemp

Mr Kemp is a Senior Managing Director in Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) and is Head of Real Estate, Asia Pacific. He has over 17 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking across Asia Pacific. He is Chair of the Investment Committee for MAMs opportunistic fund series and has been a director of a number of other real estate companies. He is currently also a director of the Japan and China logistics developer and fund manager, Unified Industrial, Australian built to rent platform, Local, and Macquaries Australian land lease communities platform.
