James Fazzino

Mr Fazzino brings to the Board more than 35 years of local and international experience in industrial, manufacturing and emerging energy markets. James held the role of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Incitec Pivot Limited for eight years up until 2017. In this role he built experience in sustainability and in the safe operation of high hazard and high-risk facilities in remote locations. James also has experience building strategic customer relationships and in the delivery of hydrogen projects. James is currently the Chair of Manufacturing Australia, Rabobank Australia Limited and Amotiv Limited. He is also a Director of Qube Holdings Limited. He was formerly the Chair of Tassal Group Limited and Osteon Medical. James is Chair of the Safety and Sustainability Committee, and a member of the Finance and Risk Management Committee.
