Ms Phillips is an executive with more than 20 years leadership in corporate environments. Jac's areas of expertise are in leading business units across Asia Pacific, strategic and integrated marketing, partnerships, business development, branding and content across B2B, B2C in traditional and digital environments. Combining international experience across technology, wealth management, finance and banking, FMCG and retail industries, Jac has been a senior leader at two of the Australian banks, IBM in Singapore, Visa Inc. in Australia, NZ and South Pacific, as well as ran functions in a range of creative agencies across Australia and Asia. It was in these environments Jac began supporting the success of other executives and is now an Executive Coach, coaching some of Australia and NZ's most influential future business leaders.
