Dr Schloemann has a track record of more than 20 years of exploration around the world, with experience in Africa. His experience covers adapting to new social and technical environments and leading and motivating multi-cultural teams. He has experience with gold exploration in orogenic and epithermal environments, as well as pegmatite, diamond, uranium and gemstone exploration. Dr Schloemann is experienced in range of corporate requirements for public companies, including raising funds, marketing, corporate compliance, staffing and formulation of long-term strategy.
