Helen Silver

Ms Silver has experience as a nonexecutive director covers ASX listed, private company, not for profit and Government boards. As well as serving as a director of PEXA, she is currently an independent director of Crown Melbourne Limited, Deputy Chair of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority and Chair of the Australian Childrens Television Foundation. She has been a senior executive with two major financial services companies in Australia, National Australia Bank and Allianz Australia, where she was Deputy Managing Director. Helen has also worked at the highest levels of Commonwealth and Victorian Governments where her last role was Secretary of the Victorian Department of Premier & Cabinet. She is Chair of the People Committee and a member of the Risk Committee.
