Mr Hall has over 35years experience in senior and executive roles in the resources sector, particularly in uranium resource projects. He has held operational management roles at Olympic Dam(WMC) and Ranger Uranium Mine (North /Rio Tinto), was founding CEO and Managing Director of Toro Energy Ltd, and CEO and Managing Director of Alligator Energy until mid-2025. He has previously held operational roles in other resource companies as CEO of Hillgrove Resources Ltd, Project Director of Rex Minerals, and Mine Management at nickel mines. He has understanding of the international uranium and nuclear sector and has extensive commodity marketing experience having been a Marketing Manager for Rio Tinto Uranium and Director Sales (Bauxite &Alumina) at Rio Tinto Aluminium. He is a former President of the South Australian Chamber of Mines &Energy.
