Mr Ellery is a senior executive with more than 30 years experience leading consumer goods and beverage businesses across the Asia Pacific region, including close to 20 years at Chief Executive Officer level. Mr Ellery was Group Chief Executive Officer of Asahi Premium Beverages Asia Pacific from 2009 to 2014. Mr Ellery previous leadership roles include Vice President and Group Chief Executive Officer Asia Pacific at Spectrum Brands, President of Polaroid International and Group Chief Executive Officer Asia Pacific at New Balance Athletic Shoe. Mr Ellery is currently a Non-Executive Director of Essantis. He was formerly Advisory Chairman Asia Pacific of Rotkaeppchen Mumm, Chairman of Metro Food Co and a Non Executive Director of ASX-listed Elixinol Wellness Limited. Mr Ellery has seven years experience as a non executive director and has served as a management and international board member across several of the multinational businesses he has led. Mr Ellery has experience in business planning and budgeting, statutory reporting, brand development, global sourcing, manufacturing restructuring and supply chain management.
