Graham Baillie

Mr Baillie has a record of growing small start-up businesses into sizeable and profitable business entities, ultimately with a national and international presence. In 1994, Graham established Outsource Australia Pty Ltd (OSA) to provide 'white collar' business process outsourcing (BPO) services to both the private and public market sectors in Australia. In his capacity as shareholder and Chief Executive Officer he developed the company nationally and internationally. Today OSA is known as Converga. Prior to this, Graham was with AUSDOC during its formative years through to its ultimate ASX listing in September 1993. In this time, he was not only integral to the development of the company throughout Australia but was also involved in establishing similar business operations in New Zealand, USA and United Kingdom. He is member of Risk Management Committee.
