Ms Gordon has more than 20 years of global leadership experience in business operations strategy, sales and revenue growth in the technology sector, having held senior executive roles with technology companies including MATRIXX Software, Cisco, Oracle, SAP, and Xerox. In 2020, Glo was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of MATRIXX Software, a Silicon Valley based leader in 5G digital commerce solutions, serving until its acquisition by Amdocs in December 2025. Jasper was acquired by Cisco in 2016 for US$1.4 billion. Following the acquisition, Glo joined Cisco as Vice President and General Manager, IoT Sales and Marketing with global responsibility for the growth, profitability and strategic direction of Cisco's IoT business. Earlier in her career, Glo spent 10 years with Oracle, most recently as Group Vice President, Worldwide BSS/OSS Applications Sales, where she led global sales for Oracle's Communications Business Unit. She is a Member of the Risk Committee.
