Gerrard Schmid

Mr Schmid is a Board Director and former CEO with executive and board experience in Computershare's operating market of North America across the financial services and technology sectors. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer at Diebold Nixdorf, a US-based and NYSE-listed global payments fintech company. Gerrard also served on the board of ISACA, an international professional association focused on IT governance and cybersecurity certification. Other directorships and offices: Non-Executive Director of Array Technologies; Non-Executive Director of Ingenico. He is member of the Risk Committee.
