George Lloyd

Mr Lloyd has over 40 years of resource industry and corporate finance experience, serving as a senior executive and director of listed and unlisted companies in engineering services, industrial minerals, base and precious metals, energy, industry services and corporate strategy and finance. Mr Lloyd also chairs Ausenco Pty Ltd, a global engineering services provider, and Astron Limited, an Australian rare earth and mineral sands resource development company. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Cemos Group Plc, a north African cement producer.
