Fredrick Fred Barrett

Mr. Barrett is an oil and gas professional and entrepreneur who recently retired from Bill Barrett Corporation, an exploration and production company he helped found in 2002 that was listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He spent 12 years at Bill Barrett Corporation, where he was instrumental in its growth into a 300+ employee organization and its successful float on the NYSE. Mr. Barrett acted as President and Executive Director through 2006, and CEO, Chairman of the Board, and President from 2006 to 2013. He has technical and geological expertise in unconventional resources and commercial understanding of the shale gas industry.
