Mr Henderson co-founded the Company and is a director of the Manager. He commenced his legal career with Ashurst, where he worked in both London and Singapore. In 2003, he moved to Sydney and joined Minter Ellison, becoming a Partner in their Private Equity and Capital Markets team in 2006.
