Mr Cooper has a 40-year career in the finance and accounting profession. He has held several senior tax and finance roles, including Partner at Ernst & Young, Partner/Business Unit Leader, Tax Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Managing Partner for Arthur Andersen in Perth (for just over 10 years), during which time he specialized in the mining, energy and utility sectors. Mr Cooper brings financial acumen and accounting expertise, an understanding of legal and regulatory compliance experience in risk management oversight. He is the Chair of the Risk Committee and a member of the Governance Committee.
