Fholisani Mufamadi

Dr Mufamadi is an independent Non-Executive Director (NED) of Impala Platinum Holdings Limited. He is an adjunct professor at the Johannesburg Business School (University of Johannesburg). He is a NED and chairperson of the remuneration, social and ethics committee of Transnet. Dr Mufamadi is a NED of The Government Employees Pension Fund. He is also the national security advisor to the President of the Republic of South Africa.
