Duncan Makeig

Mr Makeig has legal and corporate governance expertise and international experience in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Duncan held several senior leadership positions over his 30-year management career. He served as the Managing Director of Lion Asia Dairy and held General Counsel, Company Secretary and Corporate and Government affairs roles for Lion Nathan, PepsiCo Australasia/Africa and the Tricon Restaurants, which operates food outlets such as KFC and Pizza Hut. He is Transition Committee (Chair) and member of Risk and Compliance Management Committee and People, Culture and Performance Committee as well.
