Mr Hlatshwayo has worked in the Financial Services Industry for over thirty years, and during that time, he held the position of Financial Director for a listed entity. He also served as the CEO of Employee Benefits company recently. Dumisa served as a Non-Executive Director on several Boards of both Public and Private Sector organisations. He chaired Audit and Risk Committees and was a member of Social and Ethics Committees, Actuarial Committees, Nomination Committees, among others. He also had the privilege of being appointed as Chairman of various Boards, where he successfully managed multiple stakeholders. He is member of Risk and IT Committee.
