Mr Hlatshwayo has worked in the Financial Services Industry for over thirty years, and during that time, he held the position of Financial Director for a listed entity. He also served as the CEO of Employee Benefits company recently. Dumisa served as a Non-Executive Director on several Boards of both Public and Private Sector organizations. He chaired Risk Committees and was a member of Social and Ethics Committees, Actuarial Committees among others. He also had the privilege of being appointed as Chairman of various Boards, where he managed multiple stakeholders. He is a member of the Risk and IT Committee.
