Donghai Zhang

Mr Zhang is presently Chairman and President of Yitai Group which controls Inner Mongolia Yitai Coal Co., Ltd which is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. He is also a Director of Inner Mongolia Yitai Investment Co., Ltd which is a substantial shareholder with relevant interests in 51.38% of the Company.
