Deborah Kiers

Ms Kiers previously acted as a Director of ME Bank since July 2020. She is currently a Non-Executive Director for IFM Investors and holds the positions of Chair of the Responsible Investment and Sustainability Committee. She is also Chair of the Tiverton Agriculture Impact Fund and was previously a Non-Executive Director of Downforce Technologies Limited. Deborah's career includes three decades of corporate advisory and consulting support to boards, CEOs and executive management teams across a range of industries including Financial Services, Energy and Resources, Property and Infrastructure. She consulted on issues including strategy, enterprise transformation, leadership transition and building synergies between strategy, culture, and remuneration, in Australia and Internationally. Deborah is Chair of the People, Culture Committee and a member of the Risk, Governance, and Transformation & Technology Committee.
