Ms. Ntombela has knowledge of the mining sector, regarding regulatory compliance from previously working at, and with, the Department of Mineral Resources and the mining industry in South Africa. She specialises in applications for prospecting rights, mining rights, and mining permits, and all related mining and exploration documentation. Ms. Ntombela is currently a Partner in the law firm Shepstone & Wylie in South Africa. She is Member of the Compliance and Risk Committee.
