Dean Hely

Mr Hely is a member of the Risk Committee. Mr Hely is the Managing Partner of the independent West Australian legal firm Lavan and a partner in the Corporate and Reconstruction group. Mr Hely has more than 28 years' experience working in corporate reconstruction, insolvency and commercial litigation. Mr Hely was admitted as a Partner of Lavan's predecessor firm, Phillips Fox Perth, in 1999, was Deputy Managing Partner of that firm and then of Lavan from 2002 to 2013, and became Managing Partner of Lavan in 2013. In 2016, Mr Hely and others established Quadrant Advisory, a debt advisory practice that assists clients ranging from mid-sized companies though to ASX listed companies with their debt requirements.
