David Wiadrowski

Mr Wiadrowski is an experienced Non-executive Director currently serving on four ASX listed companies and brings commercial acumen and skills to the Board. David was a partner of PwC for more than 25 years, holding a number of roles in Australia and overseas including five years as Chief Operating Officer of the firm's business consisting of 160 partners and 1,800 staff. Throughout his career at PwC, David continually developed experience in the technology, entertainment and media sectors. In his board career to date, David has been involved in M&A activity, capital raises, strategy development, transformation and board and executive renewal. David is a Board member of the Cambodian Children's Fund Australia Limited. David brings commercial acumen to the Board, derived from his experience at PwC and his board roles.He is chair of the Risk & Compliance Committee.
