David Viniar

Mr Viniar has financial, risk management and business experience. From August 1980 until his retirement in January 2013, Mr Viniar served in various positions at The Goldman Sachs Group, including as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Head of the Operations, Technology, Finance and Services Division. Mr Viniar currently serves on the boards of directors of The Goldman Sachs Group and a number of privately held companies. He is also chairman of Risk Committee of Corporate Governance Committee of SQ2.
