David Sun

Dr Sun has more than 24 years of experience across Australia and China. He began his career with Sinosteel Corporation in China before relocating to Australia in 2006. He served as Managing Director of Sinosteel Australia from 2013 to 2023, and from 2019 was also responsible for Sinosteel Midwest Corporation Ltd and Sinosteel Uranium SA Pty Ltd as Managing Directors. During his tenure, Dr Sun oversaw several iron ore projects including the Channar Joint Venture, Jack Hills, Blue Hills, Weld Range and the Oakajee Port and Rail (OPR) Project. Currently, Dr Sun is Chief Executive Officer of Miracle Iron Holdings Pty Ltd.
