David Richards

Mr Richards with over 40 years of experience in mineral exploration in Australia, Southeast Asia and eastern Africa. His career includes exploration and resource definition for a variety of deposit styles and commodities, including gold, copper and battery metals. Mr Richards has held several senior positions in his career, including Battle Mountain Australia Inc, Delta Gold Limited and AurionGold Limited. Mr Richards formerly held the position of Managing Director and Executive Director at Minerals 260 between 2021 and 2023, before moving to his current Non-Executive Director role. He is the Chair of the Technical Committee and a member if the Risk Committee.
